Applying for a Reception Place at Vicarage Park

Below is information about how to apply for your child to start our school in Reception in September 2023:

• Read the information on the Westmorland and Furness Admissions page Westmorland and Furness Admissions Page
• It is possible to apply either by completing the on-line application form on the Westmorland and Furness Council website or you can download an application form (SA1) from the council website(https://www.westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk/schools-and-education/apply-school-place-or-change-schools) or contact the School Admissions and Appeals Team on school.admissions@westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk and they will send you a form.
• If you complete a paper form either send this to School Admissions and Appeals, Cumbria County Council, PO Box 415, Carlisle, CA1 9GU or hand this into your preferred school by 15th January 2025.

If you are interested in a place in our Reception class for your child please contact the school to arrange a tour and/or stay and play.  Details can also be found on our Facebook page.

Monday 13^th October Open Afternoon 1-3pm

Thursday 16^th October Open Morning 9-11am

Thursday 16^th October Open Evening 5-7pm

Thursday 23^rd October Open Morning 9-11am

Monday 10^th November Open Afternoon 1-3pm

Monday 1^st December Open Afternoon 1-3pm
