Gardening Club

The Key Stage 2 Gardening Club started this week and we were very busy!

We worked in 3 groups.

One group was based in the courtyard area where we cleared our dead plants, leaves and rubbish.

Another group was also in the courtyard planting seeds and learning more about what we will be growing. 

The final group started to clear the horseshoe in the junior playground which has become very overgrown.

All the children worked incredibly hard and we are very proud of their positive attitude towards keeping our school grounds looking tidy. 

Thank you to those adults who gave up their time and to anyone who sent in seeds, tools or plant pots. We would be grateful of some compost if anyone has any spare!
